What are clients saying?
Many thanks Dr. Asha for instructing those of us who seek a healthier life through a plant based whole food diet with accurate and informative information. I took your class Foods for a Healthy Heart. I liked the format of the class, the meeting of others from all over the country and learning about the effects diet has on the body. The hand outs and recipes will come in handy as I enthusiastically start my plant based diet journey. Looking forward to attending more of your classes. Thank you! – LF
Dr. Asha started a nutrition group to help with healthy living. I have come to look forward to the groups and have implemented the things I have learned from class into my life. This is the best medical experience I have ever had! -ST

What are clients saying?
Dr. Asha is a joy to work with. She is knowledgeable, caring, patient, and has a host of valuable resources. I have been whole food, plant-based (WFPB) for 5 years and have had wonderful results, but it was not always a smooth road. There were many new things to learn and habits to change in order to fully integrate this style of eating into my day-to-day life. A highly qualified guide like Dr. Asha is what we all need on such an important, even possibly lifesaving, journey. – JM
